Can RAMON is located in a unique environment. It is surrounded by Mediterranean forest, full of pine trees, almond trees ... Facing the sea and an amazing sea view. It has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen, sitting room, dinning room, summer kitchen with BBQ, ideal for summer meals, garden, 10X50 swimming pool, chill out area by the pool.
There are fans in all areas, besides being a house built with large walls, there is always a fantastic temperature with cool breeze in summer from the nearby forests.
It is free of noise, except for the small birds that nest in nearby places. Children can play in the different corners of nature: under the almond trees, around the pool, on the three large porches of the house, with toys offered by the owners.
This house offers an extraordinary experience to all lovers of nature and tranquility, since it is in a beautiful natural park with different native plants and trees.
It has all the services that the client could wish for, the kitchen is fully equipped with modern and new appliances. We have cable and satellite TV, internet, stereo, ping-pong table, books and magazines in different languages, hair dryer in the bathrooms.
We also put white cotton sheets and towels, changing them weekly. Large assortment of towels: washbasin, toilet and shower.
As well as tablecloths for tables, napkins and a pack for customers: wine or champagne, nuts, olives, chips ...
Under the floor we have the deposit of water from the house and the garagge to keep the things of the garden and the field, because it is a very big country house with 12. 000m. of field.
We leave soap for the washing machine and the dishwasher, in the bathrooms, as well as spices, oil and salt. Spare parts for the coffee machine and garbage bags.

Fantastische villa
Wij hebben heerlijk genoten. Mooi uitzicht op de zee, zeer ruim huis voorzien van alle gemakken. Het zwembad is heerlijk schoon en lekker om elke dag een duik in te nemen. De keuken heeft ook alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. De eigenaren Crez & Catalina zijn super aardig en leggen alles goed uit. We komen zeker terug! Ciao,

Superbe location, calme absolu
Superbe séjour dans des paysages superbes de coteaux et de collines, pas un bruit, une belle piscine pour se rafraîchir, et au loin la mer. Catalina est adorable. Il manque juste une machine à espresso !je vous recommande ce lieu c’est. Un havre de paix

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette grande villa. Il y a de l'espace, une vue incroyable, une orientation vers San-Antoni à perte de vue. Le plaisir d'avoir de l'eau de source car sur l'île, on peut se retrouver avec de l'eau non potable et salée. Les propriétaire sont à notre disposition et très accueillant.Cette villa se trouve dans les terres à seulement 20 mn en voiture des plus belles criques de lîle. La piscine est superbe, grande et avec de l'eau de source , un vrai bonheur... ne pas hésiter !! merci à Catalina et Cres

Amazing location, great house
The house is in the middle of the mountains -- unreachable if you don't know where you are going! This way you are sure that no one will bother you. At the same time, it is 15-20 minutes away from anything (beaches, city, Airport,...) - so it is convenient as well. The house is really fully equiped and the pictures don't lie :) Cres and Catalina are lovely and helpful, without being too invasive. It was an outstanding stay.

Buongiorno io vado spesso a Ibiza anche 2/3 all'anno questa volta abbiamo deciso di affittare una villa privata per i nostri 10 giorni di vacanza,che dire è stato azzeccato la villa uno spettacolo sulla collina di San Raphael naturalmente bisogna avere l'auto comunque sei vicino all'autopista quindi arrivi dappertutto 5 km da San Antonio e vicino a tutte le migliori calette la villa è uguale come si vede in foto 3 camere matrimoniali 2 bagni grandi con doccia super grande salone è una super cucina attrezzata bene poi ha un parco privato con questa bellissima piscina 8x12 metri naturalmente tutto pulito quando arrivi alla villa non ti sembra neanche di essere a Ibiza per la quiete che c'è alla sera si vede il tramonto sulla Baia di San Antonio i proprietari molto molto gentili parlano inglese e francese però capiscono anche l'italiano buona vacanza merita veramente saluti Luca Imola

Lieve Catalina en Ramon, Woww wat een heerlijke 2 weken in dit prachtige huis, met overweldigend uitzicht! Na een vertraging van 4,5 uur, kwamen we om 00.30 aan! Dit alles was geen probleem. We werden opgehaald van het vliegveld en naar het huis gebracht! Wat een ontvangst. Frisdrank, champagne, iets te knabbelen stond klaar! Het huis is in het hart van het eiland in het midden, en dus een ideaal startpunt om het eiland te verkennen met een huurauto. Het huis was erg schoon en we hebben niets gemist. Klein minpuntje vonden wij de bedden! Die waren hard en kuilvormig. Catalina en Ramon, waren beschikbaar de klok rond en we konden alles vragen! Zelfs toen ons zoontje op zondag oorontsteking bleek te hebben, is Ramon mee geweest naar de arts! Echt top! Het zwembad was erg schoon en werd 2x per week schoongemaakt. We hebben genoten van de fantastische locatie met uitzicht op de bergen en de St. Antony! Diner/bbq, met een glas wijn op het balkon of in de tuin, met uitzicht op de bruisende stad, was op en top genieten! Mochten we weer naar Ibiza gaan, zullen we zeker terugkeren!

Ruheoase mit traumhaften Ausblick
Liebe Catalina, lieber Cres, wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich für zehn wunderschöne Tage, die wir in Ihrem Haus verbringen durften. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt, auch unsere 14 Monate alte Tochter hat sich direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich 10 Min. entfernt, so dass man alles wichtige für die nächsten Tage einkaufen kann. Da das Haus mitten im Herzen der Insel liegt, ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um mit dem Mietwagen die Insel zu erkunden. Das Haus war sehr sauber und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Catalina und Cres waren rund um die Uhr erreichbar und wir konnten Sie alles fragen und uns Tips rund um die Insel geben lassen. Der Pool war sehr sauber und wurde von Cres einmal in der Woche gereinigt. Wir haben die traumhafte Lage mit Blick auf die Berge und auf St. Antony sehr genossen. Abends bei einem guten Glas Wein auf dem Balkon konnte man die funkelnde Stadt in der Ferne sehen und das Zirpen der Grillen genießen. Tagsüber haben wir einige Ausflüge mit dem Mietwagen unternommen und waren sehr froh gegen Abend wieder in diese herrliche Ruheoase fahren zu können. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen! Eine Urlaubsidylle!
Wir waren 3 Wochen in diesem Haus und haben jeden Tag davon genossen. Die Lage ist wirklich einzigartig, der Blick atemberaubend und die Ruhe unvergleichlich. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, auch wenn man "nur" die obere Etage bewohnt. In der unteren Etage werden Gegenstände der Vermieter gelagert. Es wohnt dort also niemand, der die Idylle womöglich stören könnte. Alles ist ordentlich, sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Lediglich das Internet funktioniert nicht besonders gut, aber das liegt offensichtlich an der einsamen Lage des Hauses. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und an der tiefsten Stelle etwa 2 m tief, also auch für Erwachsene genau richtig. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, aber absolut unaufdringlich. Ein rundherum toller Urlaub in einem tollen Haus. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Super Preis Leistung
Vielen Dank an Catalina und Chris, die uns einen wunderbaren Urlaub ermöglicht haben. Das Haus liegt im Inneren der Insel und man hat einen grandiosen Blick in die Bucht nach St. Antony. Zum Haus selbst ist zu sagen, dass man den oberen Teil des Hauses bewohnt, man also die Treppen nach unten läuft, um zum Pool zu gelangen. Uns hat das nicht weiter gestört. Bei Familien mit Nichtschwimmern könnte das allerdings problematisch sein. Ansonsten ist das Haus top. Drei Schlafzimmer stehen zur Verfügung und zwei Bäder. Alles ist gepflegt und nutzbar. Nach St.Josep sind es ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto, das man auf jeden Fall braucht. Wir werden wiederkommen. Vielen Dank Catalina und Chris.

Great house with an amazing view
When you arrive at the villa, you already know that you will have good holidays there. The view is just incredible and it is so quiet that you feel you are back in the Eden garden !! The villa is spacious, comfortable and convenient. And if there is something missing or not working, just call Catalina or Cres. They will come and fix it right away. They are native of Ibiza, know everything about the island and most of all they are very kind. They will do their best to make sure you will enjoy your stay. I wish we can come back next year !! Calme et vue imprenable.
Maison en pleine campagne à flanc de colline avec une vue magnifique. Aucun voisin proche. Toutes les pièces sont très propres et parfaitement entretenues. La cuisine est très bien équipée. De plus les propriétaires sont adorables et se déplacent immédiatement si vous les appelez pour le moindre soucis. Et ils vous donnent également tous les renseignements que vous voulez sur la région et les bonnes adresses. Vraiment à conseiller pour des vacances au calme dans un lieu typique. La ville Sant Antoni est à 10 minutes de voiture. Merci à Catalina et à son mari pour la qualité de l'accueil. Jacques.
