The house has two heights, on the lower floor we find a double bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a storage room, the kitchen facing the living room with breakfast bar and a bright living room with access to the private terrace that has dining area, barbecue, garden furniture and a small private pool. On the upper floor we find two double rooms with double beds and fitted wardrobes, the main one has a terrace with sea views, it also has between the rooms a bathroom with shower and a direct exit to the roof where there is a magnificent chil-out area with sunset views.
The house is perfect for families, with capacity for 4 adults and 2 children.
It also has a communal pool with hammock area.

The time of entry to the house will be at 4:00 pm and the departure will take place at 10:00 am with the possibility to store suitcases.
