In Sant Joan de Labritja in the north of the island, the villa Can Maruna is located just a 13-minute drive from the centre of the village. The stunning loft impresses guests with its mountain view and private outdoor area and is perfect for couples or families who want to enjoy a quiet, relaxed holiday. The spacious loft, which combines rustic charm with modernity, consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, 2 double beds and 1 bathroom. The loft can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dryer, air conditioning in all rooms, a high chair and a baby cot. Furthermore, the house boasts an expansive, private outdoor area with a beautiful garden, 2 large terraces (open and covered), a barbecue, a pool and an outdoor shower. Relax on the comfortable sun loungers with a good book and leave the stress of everyday life behind you. The closest restaurant is located just a 3-minute drive away (1.7 km) and the nearest supermarket a 4-minute drive away (2.8 km). Approximately 10 minutes away by car in Santa Eulalia del Río you will find a greater selection of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. Here you can also spend some time on the beautiful beach Platja de Santa Eulalia. The stunning beaches in the San Carlos area can also be reached in just a short drive.

There are two dogs in the surroundings super friendly and loving. Dogs do not come near the loft unless guests let us know they do not mind and love animals.

Très chouette villa
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Can Maruna. La villa est située à l'écart de la route dans la nature. Le terrain est partagé avec la maison des propriétaires mais cela n'a pas été gênant et la piscine et terrasse sont à l'usage des locataires uniquement. La villa a de très bons équipements.
