"The location is fantastic and the house was just what we were looking for. If you intended to spend long periods inside the house it would be quite cramped for 4 adults but we were mainly outside on the fantastic beach or on the patios with some great views. The trees and bushes do obscure some of the views plus the sun and could benefit with some pruning. Overall though we loved the house for our stay."

"Property exactly as described with everything provided to have a comfortable stay. Lina was excellent with communication and kindly offered to get some essential shopping for us before we arrived because of our late flight. The Property was clean and the check in was efficient and friendly. Quiet neighbourhood and only a short drive into Playa D'en Bossa and Ibiza Town. Supermarkets only a 5 minute drive away. Would definitely stay again."

"Our stay with Luana was magical!! It was in the perfect location for our trip. I was with a friend and her 18 year old daughter and friend who wanted to celebrate with concerts and dancing. We were a 10 min ride away from the action. Luana also offered car service and happened to always be ready for when we needed her. We felt super safe for the girls. "A wonderful property that is in a prime position. Overlooks the ocean and close to a great selection of bars and restaurants. The whole house is amazing and the roof terrace especially is phenomenal. Would happily stay again!!"

"We had a lovely stay in this rental. The host was super friendly and helpful and was great at responding promptly to any of our queries. The villa itself looks as it does in the photos and the layout is great for an even larger group than ours. There were 3 of us on this trip but you could of course manage a lot more with 4+ bedrooms. We spent most of our time by the pool overlooking the bay but it was easy to drive to Sa Caleta beach which is very close by. The beds are comfy - I think memory...

"Your description was very good and the property was exactly how I imaged it would be although the door height was quite low for me as I am 6ft 1" and after banging my head a couple of times I quickly remember to duck!. We did not eat out locally often so I an unable to comment, but you are very convenient if you wish to travel anywhere on the island, very central for everything. Once you know what day/time the pool man arrives and along with the cleaning lady for the change of linen/towels etc...

"Wonderful property, especially for families. The pool and outdoor area are perfect. There are three rooms upstairs that can sleep 5 people. And 1 bedroom downstairs that sleeps 2. So the property is ideal for 7 people. Teodora was very helpful! Anytime we had a question or a problem it was fixed immediately."
