"We really enjoyed our stay. Maria was most welcoming and very helpful. Very quiet area and peaceful and around 12 - 15 minute walk into San Francisco- or quicker by bike. Do remember to take a good torch with you for the walk back as it is VERY dark. A very good location for adults but May be too quiet and out of the way for children. All in all a great place and we are likely to return."

"The house is well located, very quite, surrounded by a pine forest, less than a kilometer from the beautiful beach of Es Migjorn, which can be easily reached on foot.The rooms are nice and well furnished, like the rest of the house. "The Llevant house was the perfect low key getaway spot in Formentera. This house is boho cool with all of the simple things you need to enjoy a beach trip. George and his wife were lovely hosts and very helpful. The house is very clean and minimal. The location is perfect, close to the best beaches. The house is part of a "compound" which we did not realize at first, but that turned into a positive because all of our neighbors were super cool and friendly. Highly recommend."

"My stay was pleasant the staff was amazing friendly except when we was leaving on the Thursday morning of the 18th the morning desk staff was not helpful in anyway just a lot of miss communication however the evening staff the blondes was great and very helpful throughout our stay my kids love it."

"My wife and I had a fantastic stay at The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Even the basic room we booked exceeded our expectations, it was spacious, had a balcony with a great view, and felt comfortable. The hotel offers excellent facilities including a pool and direct access to the beach, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a good variety and quality options to start the day right. What impressed us the most was how all these premium features and services came at such a reasonable and fair price for a 5-star property. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy Ibiza with comfort, class, and great value."
