"Truly exceptional hotel in a great location in Urfa, within walking distance to major sights in town. My room was very clean and nicely decorated, surrounding a beautiful central courtyard. Breakfast was very good. Staff were kind, helpful, patient, responsive over WhatsApp and messaging, and used translator apps effectively to communicate with guests in various languages. "

"We had a wonderful stay. The location is great. There is an excellent restaurant just a couple minute walk away as well as a liquor store and the prices are cheap. The hotel manager is very helpful and he speaks English well. He is very relaxed and I loved his deep mob like voice and style. He offered us a good deal on a trip to Nemrut but we had our own vehicle and we decided to drive on our own. Our room was very good for the price. Everything was clean and the shower was warm. "We chose this apartment because we were looking for a place with a washing machine. So glad we did! Yes, it's in the suburbs but it's still a quick drive into town and it was nice to be in a quiet residential area with easy parking. The apartment was much bigger than we expected, obviously new, and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant downstairs was delicious and excellent value."
