"I stayed at the Altstadthotel Kasererbräu for 4 nights in October 2024 and was fully satisfied with my visit. The hotel is a beautiful, vintage building but has been well upgraded to meet the needs of a C21 guest. My room was small, but that was what I paid for and expected. Nevertheless it didn't feel cramped or crowded and was extremely well laid out. The curtains kept the room wonderfully dark and there was no issue with external noise intruding. The room, and hotel, were very clean. The bathroom had great water pressure and plentiful hot water, too. The location was exceptional - easy to walk to from the train station and the property is in the heart of the Old Town. I would stay in this hotel again if back in Salzburg."
