"Das Hotel befindet sich im Zentrum von Imst und an einer belebten Straße schlafen war deshalb nur bei geschlossenen Fenster möglich. Ansonsten war alles sauber die Betten waren gut. Frühstück war für 10€ dazu buchbar. Die Parkplätze waren gleich neben dem Hotel und uns wurde angeboten unsere Motorrädern in die Garage zu stellen. "

"이번에 엄마와 함께한 유럽여행중에 묵은 숙소중에 단연 넘버원이네요. 주인 아저씨가 직접 저희방 3층까지 무거운 캐리어들을 손수다 옮겨주시고요. 방에 딸린 테라스에서 바라보는 산세는 대박 그자체네요. 방도 너무나 정갈하고 침대도 탄탄해서 잠자리도 편했구요. 샤워시설도 화장실도 아주 청결해요. 담날 블렉퍼스트도 만족 100% 예요. 슈퍼에서 파는 빵이 아니라서 좋았어요. 야채랑 에그 스크램블도 맛있고요. 담에 오스트리아에 가면 꼭 다시 묵고 싶네요. 저희 엄마도 칭찬해 주셨어요. 펜션 세널 안전 강추입니다."

"We LOVED our stay at the Urbanhof! I loved the little details from the super soft towels, hooks for loofahs in the shower, drinking glasses at breakfast that didn’t require my usual 4 trips to hydrate, freshly-made and yummy scrambled eggs each day, and the best suggestions based on our skiing abilities. The hotel was just a short walk to the gondola and super restaurants. We will definitely return to the Urbanhof for our next ski trip to Sölden! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!"

"Great budget location to stay in Innsbruck. 5 min walk from the railway station and close to the main shopping street. The hotel gives you a bus/tram pass valid for the duration of your stay and also valid for buses up to local skiing areas. Definitely recommend. (My third stay there in a year)"

"This is a modern, quiet apartment, from which you can explore the old town of Innsbruck within a 15-20 minute walk. The room was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. The room was quite warm when we visited (February 2025), which the staff couldn't seem to fix, so we left a window open overnight, but otherwise everything was great. Would stay here again."
