"Overall, the stay was great. It’s a beautiful hotel with well kept facilities. The pool and spa are great. The breakfast is wonderful! We had only one complaint: the shuttle to the train station. Upon check out we were asked if we wanted to use it and said yes. It was scheduled to leave 10 minutes later and no one showed up to drive the van. We waited about 15 minutes after it was scheduled to leave and no one ever came. It was at checkout time so the lobby was very busy and we didn’t have time...

"Sad we were only able to stay here for a night. The views were great. There are 2 bus stops fairly close and walkable. If you have luggage, it’s easier to go to the top bus stop otherwise you will have a short gradual incline to climb but nothing crazy. I’m sure I would have more positive things to say if we had stayed longer. The room was great as was the balcony view. Very clean and good size! Host was very responsive and helpful and gave recommendations! "
