"The room itself was beautiful but showing some age. Minor repairs required. Burnt out lights. One light fell being held by a thread of a screw, We stayed 6 days. Asked for house keeping on our 3rd..and 4th day. They didn’t come. We took our own garbage out. 5th day we got new towels. But we were leaving 12 hours later…. Hard to communicate with management, If your ok being self reliant the place is beautiful and amazing location "

"Die Unterkunft ist ruhig, in einer Seitenstraße gelegen. Der Vermieter ein sehr freundlicher älterer Herr hat uns kurz alles gezeigt und bisschen Info zur Umgebung gegeben. "We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO property and Oberderdingen. It was located in a beautiful and relaxing town, but close to all areas to visit. We had friends nearby, cities to visit, historical sites to see and amazing meals every day. It was nice to come back to this relaxing home at the end of each day. "Perfect little gem just off the Marktplatz in Heidelberg’s beautiful Altstadt. No frills, but clean and comfortable. You cannot beat this location. Easy walk in and walk out. "We really enjoyed our stay here, it was beautiful, homey, and spacious. We utilized the kitchen, which while small, had all the amenties. The balconies were great, especially the one in the back. The living room and bedrooms had lots of space and storage. The host was super responsive, and very helpful and knowledgeable, and dealt with my terrible german very well. The one note I'd make (and may have missed when reading the description) is how many stairs are involved. It was not an issue for...
