"The apartment was roomy, comfortable, modern and supplied with ample kitchen utensils. Good location. Parking limited. No concierge; non-contact registering leaves you without anyone to offer immediate assistance. Malfunctioning RFID (electronic) keypad locked us out of our apartment on our last night and left us sleeping on the hallway floor with no bathroom facilities available; calls to SEEGER emergency assistance proved useless. Expedia was of no help. Wouldn't risk a repeat."

"The location was great for our visit and day trips to Heidelberg, Baden-Baden and Strasbourg. It was a very easy drive back to the Frankfurt Airport on our day of depart. The front desk staff were wonderful and on the one occasion we needed assistance with and issue they response was very quick. We would recommend the rental and would stay again in the future. "

It was so close to where our son was staying as he studied abroad and steps from the beautiful Christmas Markets and old town area. "We loved this space. The house is clean, spacious, and has great natural light. It is a bit hard to find, but thankfully the neighbors helped us. It’s within a few minutes walk of several restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the quiet street, and it was nice to have the windows open at night to enjoy the weather. I would definitely stay here again. If you are traveling and want to see Heidelberg, this is a great place on the outskirts."
