"Property was as described and matched photos. We decided on a weekend trip to Alamosa to see the dunes and reptile park. Great location for a base camp. Very dog friendly. It was classic Colorado spring and we had very high winds the first night/day and our power went off (entire region was out). Chris our host was prompt to respond and called power company to get an estimate of when it would return and offered to bring over a heater. Fortunately, power returned within 30 minutes so all was good. Would recommend this location and would return if we are ever back down to Alamosa."
