"We just spent five days at Ben's house in Somerset and had a magnificent time celebrating my mother's 85th birthday. We were a group of 12 of all ages coming from different countries and the house fit us perfectly with everyone having their own rooms and bathrooms. Comfortable bedding and towels for all. There were perfect gathering spaces (veranda, indoor dining, outdoor dining and living room) for every type of weather and activity and we had room to be together and also to read and relax on our own. We had planned on eating out more but the house and kitchen was so perfect that we self catered every dinner from the grocery store just down the road. Two fridges and dishwashers, tons of cutlery and glassware and a bbq/stove. The house has tons of Bermudian character and a beautiful garden- even down to nasturtiums to top off our salads! The list of recommendations from the house worked out great for our group (Mona Lisa Boat Charters, A Transportation, Oleader Rentals) and made our experience seamless. Although not on the water it felt like we had a private beach less than five minutes away (Cambridge Beach) that was perfect for swimming, sunsets and late night swims. Thank you for helping make our gathering so perfect!"
