"We stayed for 6 days 5 nights. The location is spectacular. We purchased the meal plan which was a great value, and the ocean grill food was delicious!. Staff were excellent and helpful. The beach area is excellent. Rooms were nice but dated. Our room needed some minor plumbing repairs. There are 2 restaurants to choose from. One offers fine dining the other more average fare. The only thing I would improve is update the rooms a little and add some additional outlets and usb ports in the room. Overall very happy with our stay and will return. "

"There were 8 friends who stayed at this property. The house and the views were exactly as they are represented on the listing. The house was amazing! Clean, comfortable and everything we needed and more! The location of the property made it easy to get any where on the island. And the view....WOW! Spectacular! Jessica was an amazing host. She quickly responded to every question I had. I am planning on another trip to Bermuda and hope I am lucky enough to stay at this property!"

"Spectacular! Before we arrived in Bermuda, the concierge team was reaching out to ensure everything we needed was in place. We were greeted at the doors with such warmth and then swisked off to the Fairmont lounge for a private check-in. The suite was awesome (large, breathtaking view, huge bathroom, comfortable beds, etc.). The lounge was our hang-out spot, especially on rainy days. Every meal/snack/dessert was delicious. The team in the lounge (Rolly, Aaron, Peter, Malisa, George, etc.) is top-notch. They went above and beyond every day to ensure we happy. This includes making special nut free treats, doing magic tricks to entertain the kids, making hot chocolate on demand, etc. The housekeeping staff, front desk team, and doormen were all friendly, attentive, and very responsive. It was an absolute delight to interact with them. Unforgettable Vacation. "
