"This hotel is an amazingly unused resource. We understand it’s only got a small beach but we needed somewhere to stay on the island and it was perfect for us albeit a little far from Basseterre town Centre. The staff were really friendly and helpful and we couldn’t fault their attitude. The room was huge even though we only wanted a room we ended up with a suite and it was spacious with a really comfortable bed and air-conditioning in all rooms. We had a hire car which was essential."

The public beach is perfect and the resort has chairs and umbrellas for guest use. For general reference: toiletries aren’t provided, so don’t forget to pack your own "

"We spent six nights at Belle Mont Sanctuary. The best feature was the gorgeous location at the north end of the island and also the kind staff . The setting is truly lovely. Completed in 2014, the sad part is that the estate is already in MUCH need of repair and portions are incomplete. We were the ONLY guests at the facility. The staff was very pleasant, but the hours of operation were limited, the main pool heater broken, the tennis courts are closed, and the golf course is not useable. What...

"The Golden Rock is a beautiful, low intensity hotel complex, with exceptional gardens. It offers something quite different than other hotels in Nevis. The staff were exceptionally helpful and caring. They also helped to make arrival easy by organizing a seamless transfer from the airport to the water taxi and then to the hotel. Highly recommend"

"This resort is very beautiful and quiet. I suggest to further the staff training particularly in directly dealing with customers. We had to call and asked to pick us up at the ferry even though I scheduled it before I even arrived. The front desk told me the housekeeping comes every other day. I told her it’s unacceptable considering being a luxury resort. They accommodated my request. The service isn’t bad but it just needs more training. The Breakfast portion size is NOT enough.
