"We were so happy with our choice to stay at this property, part of Hamilton Estates. The pictures online don’t do the condo justice. The main living space was much larger than I anticipated. We were very comfortable. The beds are comfortable and the villa was so quiet. I never heard another person while staying. Great location, walk to the beach and Yachtsman Grill. "The property was falsely advertised. There were other perrsons living in the home and the place was not prepared to recieved my husband and i. We were given no instructions or information by the ower and felt out of place and uncomfortable."

"Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. "

Villa Limani is absolutely beautiful

"Delightful site with amazing views and access a variety of beaches. Elpida is a wonderfully responsive host and property is well maintained and appropriately described in pictures of Villa Limani. Access road to Turtle Beach Estates is a bit rugged but this keeps traffic limited. Bottom line you will not be disappointed on this remarkable location."

"The property is a great base point to explore the island especially the southeast peninsula (Majors Bay a must for secluded beach with clear turquoise waters. While the rooms are not high luxury if that is how you travel, we found them quite functional and very reasonable. The staff ( especially Raol(sp) at the Dock bar ) are very friendly and helpful. While the nearby bars and restaurants can be noisy on occasion ( if your room faces them ) we weren’t terribly bothered and the food at the ‘strip’ restaurants and bars is quite good ( Sommelier our favorite) We would definitely return on a return trip."
