"Cons: The outside is a bit sketchy. It looks like an old motel and has a small parking lot. The air conditioning in my first room stopped working the first night and my room got down to 46° F in the morning. Limited staff. Pros: The rooms are very nice. A lot nicer than the outside looks. I was put into two different rooms and both were very comfortable. The staff are incredibly nice and considerate. My first rooms heat stopped working the first night of my stay. "Great location close to canyon’s for skiing. Living space is the basement of a larger house upstairs which the manager resides with his family. Some noise upstairs in the evening. Kids hitting the floor and tv sound system. Rental space is simple and clean. Great showers and tub. Nice kitchen for all your cooking needs. "

"22 minutes to Alta and 25 minutes to Solitude. 45 minutes to Park City. Can't say enough about the great location of this property. Dubra was an excellent host. Shared entrance was not a problem. Two big bedrooms full bath and sitting area was more than enough for me and my grad student daughter. Highly recommend it for parties of two who want to explore."
