Stand alone, private guest cottage. Beautiful & cozy. Remodeled Kitchen with granite counter tops tile back splash. New furnishings and new beds with down comforters. No pets. Private home with beautiful views of Little Cottonwood Canyon. Less than 10 minutes to Alta & Snowbird ski resorts. Close to Brighton and Park City skiing as well. Newly refinished and ready for your relaxing vacation. Enjoy the gas fireplace and watch the snow fall. Easy walk to the Bus / Park and ride to both Alta & Snowbird resorts. Access to Hot tub and BBQ grill. Gazebo area. Living area with large HD TV, bluRay and direct TV with movie channels, Dining area, Washer & Dryer, Full bathroom on the main level. 1 bedroom on main and 1 large bedroom upstairs with 1/2 bathroom. Loft has a twin size bed, comfy love seat, 32 inch HD TV with BluRay and lots of DVD's. Ski storage. Gas stove, Microwave, Granite countertops, coffee maker, Ninja Blender, complimentary coffee, hot chocolate and Tea.

The cottage is in a great location with easy access to Alta and Snowbird. We appreciated the extra homey touches - especially the homemade salsa! Would stay again for sure!

The Ivy Cottage was perfect for my two skiing buddies. Hap all the amenities we could need. Great access to Little Cottonwood Canyon. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a great place for a ski vacation! The location was perfect so close to the ski resorts and neighborhood was really high class and nice! We felt very safe there and would love to visit again there one day!

Cozy little cottage
My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is in a quiet area, but close to both the mountains and stores & restaurants. The owners were so lovely and friendly, and gave us a great local restaurant recommendation! I would be thrilled to stay there again.

Cottonwood Canyons ski trip
This was our second year staying at the Ivy Cottage over spring break to ski at SLC area resorts. It is very convenient, cozy place to stay right near the base of Little Cottonwood Canyon. Alta and Snowbird are less than 30 min drive from the doorstep. It's also very close to anything you might need in town apres ski. Hosts are top notch and we will be back!

Doesn’t Get Any Better For Little Cottonwood
This is an amazing property as close as you can get to the mouth of Little Cottonwood. 15 minutes from Alta. The hosts are amazing and the property is perfect. Extremely clean and has everything you need from the kitchen to boot warmers and even spare goggles and gloves!

Great location for a ski trip
This lovely little spot was the PERFECT location between Little Cottonwood and Big Cottonwood Canyons for an Ikon ski trip. The owners were friendly and conscientious; the hot tub was hot, it is close to a good grocery store and a liquor store, and I can't think of a better location to ski Alta/Snowbird and Solitude/Brighton. It is well equipped, has a full kitchen, and a cozy gas fireplace. We loved our stay at the Ivy Cottage.
