Wonderful restaurants nearby.The interior provided a nice central area for evening chats, while each of the 4 friends had her own bedroom suite.Initially, the owner was so helpful in talking to us on the phone from Florida to direct us to the villa after becoming lost."

"This house has an excellent location on a great beach! We spent more time at this beach than any other because it was easy to walk to the house when you needed something. "Danielle was very attentive and responsive to us! She even sewed a family member’s dress for her when we were going to dinner! She was so nice and welcoming. Anything we needed she was there to assist us. The view was amazing which brings me to the point that the property is on a mountain so be mindful of that. 10/10 it was spacious for the 9 of us and the view was immaculate. "

" Villa Valhalla leaves nothing to be desired! From breathtaking Ocean and Mountain views in every direction, to the perfect ocean breeze all day! This home was truly to die for! The house as very clean and well maintained. Amazing shower water pressure! And the small pay it forward basket was nice! "We loved our stay here. The views are gorgeous and the house was clean and exactly as described. Plenty of room for parking if you have a rental and easy enough to walk to the beach bars by Maho if you don’t feel like driving. Communication with the owner was easy and reliable. Only recommendation I’d have would be to replace/upgrade the pillows as they were all flat and not the most comfortable. Everything else was great! "

"A large, gated house with three comfortable bedrooms, a small pool and views of the sea. The house was immaculately clean. All of the rooms were air conditioned. The kitchen had a huge gas range and was well stocked with cooking implements, which allowed us to cook most of our own meals. "Do NOT believe the listing. The person listing this 5 bedroom beachfront villa stole photos from another owner and owns a one week time share at a 3 Bedroom villa NOT on the water. He accepted my online booking for dates he did not even own and then told me for a “deal” I could rent it for another week (which he had no access to nor does he own the next week as a time share) and I would be all set. Flights were booked and 7 of us arrived to not a beach front villa and he charged me for 6 Nights...

"This property is a jewel! They had a very clean room for us, a mini fridge, and a full kitchen for us to use. The stairs are the only downfall but the staff makes up for it! Their prices are a real bonus too!"

Princess Heights Luxury Boutique Condo Hotel

"This was the best hotel we could have chosen! It’s located on a mountain by dawn beach in a quiet area on the Dutch side of the island which we preferred over the French side. Parking is very easy and convenient and it’s close to a lot of restaurants on the Dutch side. The rooms were very clean and fully stocked with towels and dishes. We slept the best we have this whole year on that comfortable king sized bed as well! The staff are all super helpful and friendly including the nighttime security. The pool was extremely large, clean and has a beautiful view of the ocean and st barts. I would highly recommend this hotel if you choose to go to Sint Maarten! "
