"The accommodations were ideal for us and Emmanuel provided excellent service and communication. Property is clean and reasonably well maintained. Cleaning and linen service is provided daily if you would like. We found the location to be superb with Mullet Bay beach directly across the street and two markets within walking distance. Dining options are a bit thin in walking distance, but there are a few options - including Mario’s which was quite good. Would recommend and would stay here again. "

"We came to visit for SXM Festival and were very pleased with our stay! There is a market and a bakery across the street for all your basic needs. The view from the beach is beautiful and you can watch the sunrise over the mountains. We really enjoyed sitting out on the patio lounge chairs and sunbathing. The pool is only steps away and is clean and refreshing. Regina was especially kind and understanding as we arrived early and needed some extra time to check out. 5 stars!"
