"This house advertised air conditioning and only the bedrooms were air conditioned. We happened to hit the hottest, most humid, no breeze week of the summer and the house was soooo hot and sticky. Had the bedrooms not been cooled by room units, we would have had to leave. And thank goodness for the saltwater pool to lower body temperature on those unbearably hot days. The refrigerator leaked and we had to have the owner come turn water to the fridge off so we didn't ruin the beautiful wood...

Home was as advertised and well stocked...backyard gave us a nice spot at night to go over the days events. Location prvides easy access to beach, shopping, and canal. We took ferries to both Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. Overall a wicked good vacation. Thanks."
