"Nice place to stay coming back from a longer trip. They had nice amenities too"

"Front desk person was never at the desk. Waited over 10-15 minutes to be checked in and we had to be at a cheer comp 30 minutes after we arrived. Tried to call and no answer while we were standing there. Then later on we tried using the vending machine and it ate our money so again went to the front desk and waited a long time for her to help us again. Just frustrating having to wait that long for help. "

"They didnt want to honor our expedia price since they changed ownership. Made us wait till 3 for check in even though room then readyThen took 20 additional minutes to gain approval for rate and only granted when I said I wanted to cancel. No towels in our room. Clean but needs updated. "
