"Check in was excellent and easy and accomodating. The overall appearance of the facility was not good. When we got in our room, there were bugs in the bathtub and one of the sinks did not work. Guest Services staff were great-- contacted me ahead with check in information and provided a number should we need anything during our stay; also worked with us on a late check out which was appreciated! "I loved that the proximity between each neighbor was a bigger distance so it didn't feel like we were all forced to stare at each other everyday. The amenities provided was really nice. The only downfall was the location. There wasn't too much to do or see. The kitchen was lacking pots & pans.
