"The hotel rooms at the Grand Casino are clean and comfortable! They have been recently renovated and are very nice. The bed was comfortable and the pillows and bedding were clean and nice! Check in was easy and very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely plan on returning!"

"They were quick at check in, Very polite, We had a little oops on our reservation on our end and they glady fixed it for us quickly! The only downfall is they don't have shuttles running during the week so we had to walk to the hotel from the chalets which isn't to far normally but in the winter when it's freezing outside it sucks, Also the pool is awesome at the main hotel and open to adults till 1am but Absolutely no beers or alcohol allowed at all which takes away the fun of being there until 1am. All in all great place to stay. "

"This is a standard hotel. Very clean. Nice people on staff. With 2 or 3 hockey teams and a bible convention group it was very full yet still very quiet. What I didn't like was they have really no gathering space for groups as the lobby was small and they shut the lights off at 10. If you are in the area, know there is not many options past 10 for food. Plan accordingly."
