"Time-warp and like a tardis! Rooms comfortable but all very different in terms of modern vs old - think hotel may be in middle of refurbishment. Some areas dusty but beds very comfy & lovely hot powrful shower. Breakfast fantastic and lots of staff on hand to help and refill. Facilities are amazing - pool was heated so not freezing, sauna, table tennis, cinema room, tennis courts, mini golf course…endless! Best of all the views of the sea and the quick 5 mins walk to absolutely stunning beach with cafe, water sports equipment hire & parking. Couldn’t ask for more! "

"We had a great stay in Bournemouth and for what we were doing the Hilton was ideally located. The staff were always friendly and helpful."

"The room we have got was awesome , the cleaning could be improved . The location was a short drive by car 15 min by walk from the centre. Parking quite expensive. "

"Me and my partner had booked the standard double room for our stay for our night out last minute 2 more friends wanted to join us so we asked the reception to change to a family room they were very reliable friendly and welconing they swapped our rooms over with ease with of course an excess charge as standard but other than that very plesant stay in our family room will definitely returning for our next night out "

"Very positive welcome at reception even when they were training new staff.All staff in the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. Dining options were perfect and food was great quality food and service.Room was clean and tidy,room serviced every day."

"Stay was amazing, but being 155kg the toilets were so dreadful. All the toilets are built into the wall. Def cannot hold a plus size person. What happened to toilet on the floor"

"Good location, double bed mattress wasn’t comfortable and had issues with people hanging around the patio area at 7am Saturday morning and then in the evening there were people drinking in the patio area until 12:30am despite it meant to be closed at 11pm. Where it was warm the windows were open so could hear everything. Son enjoyed the swimming pool. Second time staying at the hotel, will come back again. "
