"This is just amazing in every way there is. This home is beautiful, cozy and has everything anyone could ever need or want and then some! Right on the lake!! Maybe 5-6 ft. What a magnificent time!! "The group so enjoyed the views from inside the sunporch and along the deck and dock. Sunrises were simply amazing, especially over coffee and biscotti's from Laconia Bakery. Great home base for day trips to Franconia Notch SP, Mt Washington, Concord and Portsmouth. Modern kitchen to take out fresh seafood and cook it up and eat in that peaceful sunporch. We recommend! "We only planned on staying for one night, and regretted we didn’t stay longer. The owner was welcoming, warm, concerned that we enjoyed our stay and offered whatever we asked for. At breakfast, she talked about the history of the property and offered recommendations for activities in the neighborhood. The property is beautifully decorated, the breakfast was delicious and the bed was perfect. We will definitely be back! "
