"Cozy and warm, had everything we needed! Close to Niagara Falls and Buffalo, with plenty of restaurant choices nearby."

"We had no heat due to a broken furnace in December-the owner did bring a space heater, but that blew a fuse, not a relaxing time. We had a group of seven, so we could not find another place to stay short notice. We also found old coffee left in the coffee pot. The location itself was nice and the lake was beautiful!"
