"Brilliant location, right by Ufizzi. Staff very helpful, only downside was iffy WiFi. We cooked one night in the little kitchen which was perfectly adequate. I loved the stove top coffee maker and generously provided espresso coffee. Clean and comfortable. Would happily stay again. "

"I stayed at Luxury B&B La Dimora degli Angeli for two nights and had a wonderful experience. First, this B&B is ideally located to all the main attractions. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was a great size. I would highly recommend this place to anyone."

"It is a walk up, there is a lift in the building but not for guest. If you are traveling with big luggages, prepare to carry them yourself. Everything else met our expectation. Location is great too."

"Awesome location, we could walk to pretty much all tourist spots including 10 min to Firenze train station. City tax is collected in cash, so carry some euros. Included breakfast was in another building, which was 10 min away, but was not mentioned in the booking. But, people are very kind and will accommodate and help as much they can. "This was an absolutely beautiful place that had tons of room for our family of four. We had the top floor with a great view of the Duomo. It was an excellent location and easily walkable to everything. The only downside is that we could hear a lot of street noise at night, but it didn't bother our kids, and we got used to it. Would definitely stay there again. "

"The only thing this property has going for it is that it's close to the Duomo. The photos of the rooms are not reflective of the rooms you will ACTUALLY get. They are worse. Our room had a mosquito infestation, I killed a total of 8 mosquitos during our stay. Every morning I would wake up with bug bites – our windows were closed and it was November during our visit, cold enough for mosquitos to be dead. I was scared to sleep at night because of the bugs. "Check in process was quick. Good value for money as place is very clean and close to transportation. Missed the fine print statement that bathroom was shared which was a dissapointment, nonethless it was cleaned daily and kept neat. Room does not have aircon so need to keep the balcony doors open but the noise from trams outside makes it difficult. "

"The staff at check in were amazing , very thoughtful and understanding. It was my Birthday yesterday and I had a breakfast cake and Happy Birthday sang to me then upon returning from our day out , I received a bottle of fizz and lovely displayed chocolates. Amazing Hotel with wonderful staff. Thank You "

Wonderful Hotel with convenient location

"We only had one night in Florence, and this hotel was perfect for my family! We are a family of four with two teenagers and we were able to get a room with a large king and two twins. The room was plenty spacious and the bathroom was too. The shower was huge and the pressure was great. We all wish we could stay longer. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and the front desk was super helpful with holding our bags and calling taxis, etc. We came by train, walked to the hotel and dropped our bags until our room was ready. They had a welcome bottle of wine for us which was a nice touch. Breakfast exceeded our expectations-we were expecting a typical European buffet, but there were eggs and bacon and lots of goodies for the kids. We loved our stay here! Grazie Mille! Made us feel us like VIP."
