"We spent a week in mid-October at this delightful well- maintained house. It has everything you could possibly want or need. The owners tend a lovely garden of fruit trees, shrubs , vegetables and flowers and provide several large patio areas from which to enjoy it. It is in a very quiet neighborhood just outside the town. "Très bel espace extérieur, avec un magnifique jardin arboré et une très grande piscine parfaitement entretenue. L'endroit est parfait en été. Hors saison, l'intérieur est en revanche un peu spartiate et les équipements un peu légers. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et accommodants, et l'ensemble est situé à 5min en voiture du village de San Vito, et à 30~40' de toutes les villes majeures de la région."

"This property is in the middle of an olive grove and is quiet and relaxing. The table in the back was cool and breezy in the morning and evening. The beds/pillows were comfy. The AC kept the place cool, though the bedrooms needed a fan as well. The kitchen is quite compact but had everything we needed. It was a lovely place to relax and come back to after exploring nearby towns of Ostuni, Lecce, etc. We loved the nearby beach area at Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve. Thank you so much!"

"This was a lovely property, beautifully restored. The small 'pool was ideal for cooling down in the hot weather, the outside space was gorgeous. The owner was very helpful and very to the couple of small issues we had, which were quickly resolved."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at Eric’s villa. The pool area is wonderful, the kitchen well-equipped and the villa is perfectly situated to visit places of interest in Puglia. Electricity a little temperamental but not a problem. Would have appreciated a top sheet on the beds. All in all, a great stay"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Gialla. The beds were very comfortable and the linens clean. There were plenty of fresh towels and blankets. We appreciated the use of the washer. The water heater was more than adequate. The neighborhood was wonderfully quiet. The location is great for visits to San Vito, the pasticceria, the bars, the shops, and the restaurants. We met many very friendly people in town. We hope to return someday. "
