"Rooms were good but not worth the price I paid $111 for a night.. location was good though. Water pressure was crappy in our washroom. Also beware no wifi in the rooms or at least in the room I stayed in, works in the lobby. "

"I loved my stay here! The owners are absolutely 💯 on point. Great for a laugh and help with organising anything you may not have thought of. The food in the upstairs restaurant was outstanding and the views were dreamy. I am missing the Phillipines solely because i enjoyed my time here so much. Ill definitely be going back one day. Absolute gem of a location in San Vincinte! "

"When you enter the property gate, you find a beautifully laid out courtyard. Reception and the dining area is small, and comfortable. The rooms are very clean and I found mine quite spacious. The owner, Juvy and her son Karl, were absolutely wonderful. They provided great advice in terms of what to see and rendered assistance regarding my transportation issues both coming to Port Barton, and leaving. The owner goes out of her way to make your stay a comfortable one. Breakfast basics are included, and if you want anything extra, the prices are very reasonable. This property is great value for money and I strongly recommend it. I’ll definitely book with them again when I return to Port Barton "

"We booked 3 rooms on separate bookings and on arrival there was no rooms available. Owner tried to put all 3 of us in the same room with no discount. While at the property I discussed refund with hotels.com but following enquiry no refund was given and I also had to find alternative accommodation "

"We had to change accommodation unexpectedly and this was only option with a private bathroom and aircon. We are not the target clientele for this place. The women working there were very lovely and helpful. The room was clean, had a working toilet and aircon. No hot water and we had to plead for enough loo roll and towels. Good location near bus terminal, restaurants and an easy walk to the beach. "
