Apartment with terrace overlooking the sea, a few meters from the beach, with panoramic views across the bay of Putzu Idu, Capo Mannu, and on the island of Mal di Ventre.
THE HOUSE
The apartment has a kitchenette with an oven and a gas cooker hob, various shelves, all the necessary kitchenware, and pots and pans for cooking. An adjoining living room, with fridge and freezer, a table with various chairs, a sofa and a satellite TV.
A bedroom with 1 double and 1 single bed, and another bedroom with 3 single beds, bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe closets, and a fan for each bedroom.
The internal bathroom with heated water, is equipped with a dressing room with sink, a toilet, a bidet and another sink.
The veranda has a long table and various chairs, in fact you can eat outside with a panoramic view of the beach and the sea, and on the terrace there are also a barbecue, an outdoor shower and sunbeds for sunbathing in front of the sea comfortably lying down. The terrace extends into a reserved side space where there is an outdoor shower with hot water, and the washing machine.
The apartment has WiFi.

You access the apartment with two flights of stairs on the side of the road and a single staircase directly from the beach.
NEAR YOUR HOUSE
Close to the accommodation there are archaeological points of interest such as San Giovanni and its ruins of Tharros, a city founded by the Phoenicians, in the eighth century BC.
Beautiful beaches like Is Arutas, made of small quartz grains of colourful shades which creates a unique effect with the transparent light blue sea water. S'Anea Scoada, with its limestone and clay rocks that enclose sandy coves and a main yellow beach. And many others.
Cape Mannu, which closes the bay of Putzu Idu is the ideal destination for surfers.
A salt pan (lake) next to the seaside promenade welcomes pink flamingos, you can walk and make movies and photographs in less busy hours. More internally in the area there is another salt pan (lake) even larger.
And then the real jewel of Sinis... Mal Di Ventre island, with enchanting beaches, white sandy coves, multi shaped granite rocks, and a light emerald sea, reachable with just 20 minutes by boat.
Shuttle services to the island of Mal Di Ventre are available throughout the summer, and occasionally out of season.
Nearby there's also possibility of horse riding along the coast; there are food markets and markets with all kinds of necessities in the village of Putzu Idu; there're seafront kiosks along the seaside, restaurants and pizzerias, bars and nightclubs. And also activities and centers for diving, snorkeling, surfing and windsurfing.
