"We arrived at 23:00 hrs on a dark and stormy night in Napoli. Tired and disheveled after a long day of traveling (from Vancouver), we were relieved at the end of the short walk from the terminal to find the lights on and someone there to check us in. Making a reservation (through Expedia, I am now dubious of the Benbo website) was fortunate as they were full, another traveler without one had to go back out into the rain in search of lodging. "The staff were incredibly helpful - ordering taxis for us in the mornings and assiting our friend with booking a bus ride home. The rooftop bar is lovely and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and beautiful. The complementary breakfast was also wonderful. Highly recommend a stay here! "

"Apartment was very clean. Hosts were friendly and very helpful. Colorful and bright decorative color palette. Things to improve: bathroom folding door was broken when we arrived and as a result difficult to close. Towel Hook was loose and about to break off so we couldn't use. Led light remained on in bedroom ( not sure what it was from, security? Smoke detector?. Very minor inconveniences in light of the good quality and cleanliness of apartment."
