"We enjoyed our stay it was a quiet and safe area of Puerto Rico very private. The renovations took away from the experience, of course. But nothing that truly mattered. They are making updates. So we are sure it will look exceptional. Clean, very well maintained and decorated. The beach was confusing to get to via GPS. But we eventually got there and enjoyed our time. Thanks. They were such amazing hosts and were 100% available for any questions or advice . They even helped to organize a fishing outing with minimal notice for my son’s birthday. "The Beach Pad was perfect for me and my son who loves to surf. The suite was immaculate, chic decor, cozy bed and very spacious. Check in was a breeze with dedicated parking. Beach is down the block and centrally located to many restaurants and activities in the area including the supermarket and laundry mat. Having beach gear was handy including an umbrella and cooler! "This home is beautiful and spacious. We loved our stay there - it was very comfortable. The pool is beautiful and warm enough to swim in! There are lots of tv's (we only used one, but there must be 7 of them!) The kitchen is large and well-stocked. Lots of small appliances - microwave, toaster, blender, even a small air fryer. There were beach towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards which made it so easy to enjoy the beach! Five minute drive to surfing, ten to a great swimming beach. "Beautiful little home just outside the town of Rincón. Just a short few minute drive to the town center, this place was perfect for our family group of nine people stay for 2 days while visiting the area. "Property was in a good area, close to wverything, well maintained. The communication was difficult and owners asked me to pay via venmo, paypal or zelle which felt very scammy. They also communicated through whatsapp which also felt scammy. We finally got on the same page via email and text and they ran my credit card for payment. "Love it had a wonderful stay the locals were friendly everything was convenient and close. The host was responsive and came when we needed."

"The home was immaculately clean and the property was beautiful. We had a great stay. My only complaint was communication with the host. Upon checking in we realized that we had only been given two small towels in this home that had a pool and was in close proximity to a beach. I messaged the host to request some extra towels or see if there were some we did not find. The host never acknowledged or responded to my request. "

"Can’t wait until we can return for relaxation. Antonio the mánager was very helpful with excelent Service. We loved the suit. Didn’t really have good wifi but our recepción was real good either way. Wished we had a blow dryer, iron and ironing board but we made due. Great place to disconnect and just relax and read. Easy to access the parking and room. Me and my wife loved it. "

"Everything was great, the rooftop viewing area is being worked on which didn't diminish the beautiful view of the beach. Aguada was perfect for me, restaurants near by, a short drive to Rincón, Crash Boat Beach and my favorite, local bars and nice people. Milly, the cleaning person is the absolute best! She called to make sure I know about the tsunami warning we had, she actually cared though not part of her job I'm sure. I would definitely come back."
