We were able to make breakfast in the quaint kitchen and enjoy coffee on a tranquil balcony in a hammock which I did every single morning and highly recommend! Shower had great water pressure and I absolutely loved that I could get some laundry done after spending a couple days on the beach! I loved that we could walk down...

"We loved our stay in this well equipped condo. It was as described on VRBO. The owner is very responsive. Great location near public beach. Perfect location for quick walk to Rincon Plaza and short drive to several other beaches. Great outdoor restaurant and bar just a 3 minute walk from condo. The building and parking were safe and secure. Loved the washer and dryer in the unit. Would definitely stay again."

"So the good! Great location, close to everything, super easy check in and parking. Spacious. Cold AC. Some beach chairs. The bad. Bathrooms, specifically the showers were very dirty. The dryer is broken (doesn’t tumble) so all of our clothes smell like mildew. The kitchen sink is about to come off of the wall. Some beach towels would be a nice touch. Overall positive but this unit definitely needs some TLC and there is a bit of false advertising calling it “beach front”. It’s beach access....

"We had a great time in Rincon and enjoyed the penthouse! Location was a quick drive to downtown with amazing ocean views and 2 patios to enjoy! It was hot out, but the A/C worked great, the furniture and beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay there again."

"This condo was immaculate and beautiful all while being the perfect place to stay as it is centrally located between the various beaches, attractions, and restaurants. Everything inside is updated, clean, and tasteful. The beds were more comfortable than our beds at home! Outside there is a pool directly overlooking the crashing waves along the coastline, as well as a sand volleyball court. The property is gated and extremely secure. The owners were fabulous to deal with, easy to communicate...
