"The young lady at the front desk seemed miserable and unapproachable. Luis, was great! He worked the breakfast shift on Christmas Eve. The suite I stayed in was very dated. The suite was not cleaned upon my arrival. Arm chair, sofa and coffee table was stained, dirty and old. I had to buy 3 Glade air fresheners to get rid of old smells. I did have a good time here but that front desk worker as I mentioned above was not helpful and needs to be retrained . "

"This garden apartment is lovely and ideal for visiting the East Bay. The rooms are nicely furnished and equipped with everything you might need. So reasonably priced! This was our second stay and we’ll be back soon! Thanks Marti!"
