"We visited Sonoma in late December and stayed at Bungalows 313. This is hands down the best property I've ever stayed at. We were in the ground level 2 bedroom unit (called Terra). Unit included fully equipped kitchen, living room with a large screen tv, a gas fireplace and a pullout couch (we did not use it, since there were only 3 of us), a dining room and 2 bathrooms (one full bath with a separate shower and a soaking tub, the other one was a small half bath). The bathrooms and kitchen were dirty and full of the homeowner’s personal items-weird and gross! Additionally, the beds were like sleeping on a slabs of granite! We stayed two nights, and between the dirty bathrooms and uncomfortable beds, we couldn’t have faced another night! "

"The young lady at the front desk seemed miserable and unapproachable. Luis, was great! He worked the breakfast shift on Christmas Eve. The suite I stayed in was very dated. The suite was not cleaned upon my arrival. Arm chair, sofa and coffee table was stained, dirty and old. I had to buy 3 Glade air fresheners to get rid of old smells. I did have a good time here but that front desk worker as I mentioned above was not helpful and needs to be retrained . "
