"Well appointed and comfortable apartment within a short walk of Modena town centre. Perfect location and Stefanie was very responsive to any questions, dinner recommendations or parking advice! Well set up for a couple and good air conditioning too. Only comment is there is a small staircase that is quite steep from the lift up to the floor the apartment is on but this is no issue at all. Would certainly recommend!"

"I have been there for a week in july The host is very welcoming. The place is clean, nice, and the price was very competitive. I could go to several cities like Bologna, Ferrara, Modena easily by car (30-45 minutes to go to these places) I recomend without hesitation Grazzie mile Gaetano !"

"The apartment is just as advertised. It sits outside of the city center, but it is easily walkable to get to the Ferrari museum and into the historic center. It was convenient for all we wanted to do. It would have been easier to have soap and towels for the kitchen area to be able to wash dishes more easily. It can be a bit noisy, hearing other neighbors, but after 11 it is quiet."

"Conveniently located next to the train station. The place seems to have been remodeled. Good price for 2 bedroom/1bath. Location is half mile from center (a bit sketchy but it’s fine)."

"My only complaint is that there are no shelves or surfaces to place items like shampoo, soaps, toothpaste, etc in the bathrooms, even in the shower. Otherwise the property is very nice."

"Great location, right in the heart of Mirandola. The apartment was exactly like the photos, clean, bright and spacious. Riccarfo was a great host, communication was excelent, che k in and out was a breeze. Do yourself a favor Mirandola is central to lots of nearby towns, so much to see and do."

"We enjoyed the property in Modena. It was clean, comfortable, and well located. Sally was a fantastic host, responding quickly to our needs and offering suggestions. She even took us for a tour of a cheese factory. The only suggestion we could make is to supply check-in details a little sooner. We didn't receive them until the morning of check-in. It didn't really cause a problem, but we were becoming a little concerned at the time. Despite this, we would gladly stay here again should we ever...
