"Absolutely amazing, clean, spacious living space. The grounds have plenty of sitting areas. I love the hammocks. It is a short drive to some beautiful beaches, restaurants and shops. They also provide a shuttle service. Its a well maintained and managed property. We would go back. The city is moving closer to the little paradise. "

"The room was clean, comfortable and uniquely decorated with a movie theme, mine was the Francis Ford Coppola room with a Godfather theme. The staff was courteous and helpful. "

"It was too many high steps to walk for elderly people. I am 78 and had a really hard time to walk there. My feet were swallowed. Better for young and athletic people."

When I went to pay the receptionist tried to charge me 20 euros more then agreed but I didn't notice and put my chip and pin in and paid. He then apologised and gave me back 20 Euros in cash. "Our room was comfortable and clean. Staff certainly helpful and pleasant. The hotel is next to a railway track so the noise of the trains can be heard from around 6am till midnight. Also the door system is quite complicated. Wifi was only available near the reception so that was frustrating. Overall it was fine."

"Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und das liebevolle Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Rezeptionistin konnte gut Deutsch und konnte mit vielen tollen Tipps weiterhelfen. Die Zimmer wurden nur einmal pro Woche gereinigt, aber auch das Zimmerpersonal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns vorsorglich sehr ausreichend mit Toilettenpapier, Mülltüten und anderem versorgt. Wir waren zur Nebensaison (Anfang Mai) im Hotel und leider war der hoteleigene Pool nicht gefüllt und somit unbenutzbar....

"we stayed at the apartment for one night before catching a ferry the next day for the Aeolian islands. We were welcomed by the staff and quickly shown our apartment. It was a nice room with a steaming hot shower; which felt great after a long day of travel. We ate at the michelin rated restaurant below the apartment–note: the aparment host also runs the restaurant. Highly recommend eating there, likely the one of the best restaurants in Milazzo. I checked in late Sunday afternoon which meant reception was not staffed, but intercom provided all information to get in and access key card. Very comfortable bed and perfect pillows. Shower was small, but then I'm quite large! Water temperature regulation was very sensitive. Overall a good stop over"

"Great quiet spot on beach. A bit of walk to town but easier than trying to find parking and it’s a nice walk along ocean. We had a great room with huge windows looking towards ocean. The communication was not good. Had troubles finding the place and no responses to my inquiries The kitchen worked well "

Villa Belvedere Review

"I upgraded to one of the studios which was a new experience for me but I enjoyed the view, the privacy, and having access to a kitchenette where I could keep snacks and whatnot. Maybe because they were refurbishing, but I was disappointed that there wasn’t a restaurant or bar on site to get a quick breakfast. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating."

"Great hotel and the restaurant was outstanding. High recommend anyone who is looking to take the ferry to Messina the hotel is just a few steps away from the ferry option. Metro is close by for further discovery of the city. Hotel staff willing to assist and recommend. Outstanding crew!"

Charming hotel on the cliffs of Taormina

"Villa Taormina and its hosts are as charming as the eponymous town. Our room was lovely and sizeable, easily able to fit a cot for our teenager. The beds were so comfortable -- critical after a day of hiking up the local cliffs. Our room's balcony opened onto a sweet garden area with a pool. The abundant breakfast buffet was served in a bright, balconied room on the top floor looking over the sea and Mt Etna. Our hosts guided us to the best local restaurants, regaled us with stories about the history of the hotel and the town, and made us feel like family friends. The heart of town, with its sweet restaurants and shops, was a few steps away. "
