"Older hotel but in good condition. Clean and comfortable rooms. Noisy hallway and rooms next door. Had to ask multiple times for pool service. Can't understand why they don't come around more often to take orders at the pool. Towels everywhere as well and not being picked up. "

"Nos quedamos en la villa 100 ‘s y la verdad es que es la mejor ubicada porque queda en frente del lobby y el restaurante. Puedes salir a dar una caminata en la montaña ya que dentro del hotel no hay nada que hacer. Las instalaciones están híper viejas y descuidadas pero las habitaciones están limpias y los baños también. El servicio del personal es amable mas no rápido. No hay frigobar. recomiendo que se lleven sus hieleras porque bolsas de hielo si venden a 70 pesos. "
