"I arrived late at night. The night watchman let me in. When he opened the door at the street I was alarmed to see what looked like a rather messy backyard, with a large tent-like structure and a concrete chiminea, as well as drums, odd sculptures and used mats lying about. He took me to a ground floor room and I was alarmed to see that it had no windows except for a large one that that had to remain curtained because it looked out to the indoor sitting area I had just walked through. "This place is quiet, pretty, simple Staff is really nice and helpful Location is 10 minutes away from downtown or the main attraction, which is the Parrish or parroquia. They have a shuttle service to downtown San Miguel We never tried the food from their restaurant. Place is really small and very quiet Rooms are clean and comfortable. The area is not the nicest but it is safe and it’s very close to the Mirador where you have the most amazing views of San Miguel! "

"The hotel is centrally located and has parking which is big commodity in San Miguel. This hotel was formal hacienda turned into a boutique hotel which adds so much character! (dont expect a 5 star hotel in San Miguel, if that is what you want dont go). The hotel can get noisy with the club next door but we loved our stay. The staff are amazing."
