Fantastic Property
Lovely property, close enough to the attractions to be convenient but far enough away to be quiet in the evenings. The pool is amazing. David was a wonderful host, helping out with any issues quickly and with the minimum of fuss.

Wonderful Villa
The villa was exactly as advertised. The manager was very helpful. The surroundings were very quiet. Supermarket within walking distance. The villa was very clean. A wonderful place to stay.

Clean comfortable villa with lovely pool
The villa was lovely, very well equipped and in a quiet area. The pool was clean and the outside area well kept with great views. David was very helpful. Our only suggestion for improvement is ceiling fans or air con as we were uncomfortably hot at night during a very warm spell. We would highly recommend this villa which was a great base for exploring the island and only a 45 minute drive from Los Gigantes where we went on an amazing boat trip and saw dolphins and whales.

Location Location
Beautiful home from home villa in a stunning location with golf-course, mountain and sea-views. Has every home comfort you could possibly want including air-conditioning and a large heated pool. Nearest small shop (5 min walk) is UK owned and has all the essentials including home made Cornish pasties and pies. Nearest mid-size store is the Hyper Dina in San Blas (5 min drive). Also the best place for restaurants, although La Mesa is lovely and is a 5 min walk. Good communication and welcome from David who runs the Property Management company. The area is quiet and safe and recent improvements to the coastal path are helping to improve the image of the area

Überteuerte Villa in lauter Umgebung
Beginnen wir mit dem Positiven: die Straße, an der die Villa liegt, ist wenig befahren, der Pool mit 28°C immer gut temperiert und die Aussicht auf das Meer einfach toll. Nicht zu vergessen ist David, der wirklich immer erreichbare, freundliche Verwalter, der z. B. eine defekte Kaffeemaschine innerhalb von 2 Stunden austauschte. Danke für alles, David! Rundum ist die Villa von außen vergittert mit abschliebaren Türelementen, innen gibt es eine funktionierende! Alarmanlage und einen kleine Safe für Wertsachen. Die Villa liegt in direkter Nähe des Flughafen TFS, was jedoch nur beim Start über das Haus wirklich sehr laut ist. Das hatten wir nur an 5 Tagen, ansonsten war die Windrichtung für den Landeanflug günstig, dann hielt sich der Fluglärm in Grenzen. Nicht in Grenzen hielt sich der Lärm durch die Baustellen vor und hinter dem Haus. Der Kran, der ca. 1 Woche nach unserer Ankunft aufgebaut wurde, lärmte genauso wie der Pressluftbohrer auf der hinteren Baustelle von 8.00 - 16.00 Uhr. Noch nerviger war allerdings der residente Engländer, der direkt neben der Baustelle vor dem Haus wohnt. Der drehte ab ca 11.00 Uhr die stark bassbetonte Musik? voll auf, angeblich um den Baustellenlärm nicht mehr hören zu müssen. Dafür hatten wir jetzt 3 Lärmquellen, schon fast den Hauptgewinn. Wir haben über viele Unzulänglichkeiten hinweggesehen, doch die Lärmbelästigung war wirklich unzumutbar. Eines der 3 Schlafzimmer ist keine 6 m² klein, die Villa also nur für max.! 4 Personen.

Fabulous villa
We had a very relaxing two week holiday here. The villa had everything we could have needed. David was so helpful, first with questions before we arrived and then with help and advice when we were there. Many thanks to him. We chose not to hire a car and this isn’t a problem. We used taxis to get to the big local supermarket and to get to restaurants outside the town. There were also many small supermarkets, restaurants and cafes within walking distance of the house. The house is well laid out so that there was plenty of room for four adults. The terrace was our favourite place with a variety of seating areas, depending on whether you wanted sun or shade, and a good size pool for swimming or simply cooling off. Although we were next to a golf course and in a street of other houses, the large terrace had been built so that it was almost completely private. A very good holiday!

Perfect villa
Casa Eliana was absolutely brilliant. The villa was equipped with everything you could need. The outdoor space and views are amazing. You can view the best sunsets there. The management contact David was very easy to contact both before and during our trip. Questions / issues were responded to immediately. We found a few little supermarkets within walking distance plus a choice of restaurants too. The location is also in easy reach of places like playa America, Costa Adeje, Los Cristianos and Los Abrigos if you have a hire car so we also travelled around a bit. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Wunderschöne Ferien
Die Villa ist neuwertig renoviert , sehr gut ausgerüstet und hat eine tolle Lage( freie Sicht zum Meer, Golfplatz und zu den Bergen) und ist von den Nachbaren nicht einsehbar. Wir haben den beheizten Pool sehr genossen. Die Lage ist gut, kurze Fahrtzeit zu Playa de las Americas und andere Orte an der Küste. Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto, denn das Areal ist sehr weitläufig und gute Restaurants findet man nur in Los Abrigos und es ist zu dunkel um zu Fuß zurückzukommen. David war sehr entgegenkommend und um unser Wohl bemüht( Handtücher-und Bettwäschewechsel,etc). Teneriffa ist wunderschön und wir würden Casa Eliana wieder buchen

A beautiful and well equipped villa
We have had a great holiday in Casa Eliana. Great pool, lots of space in and around the house. Two great restaurants only five minutes walk, small supermarket. Beautiful coastal walks, fantastic weather. A very relaxing break. A car would definitely be advantageous, although we did Santa Cruz and Las Galletas easily on public buses. Huge Mercadona supermarket about ten minutes by car or taxi. Towels and bedding changed weekly and pool well maintained. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We had a lovely week in Casa Eliana, the view down the 'Tee' to the sea was a spectacular and the walks along the coast were great. We hired a car but in all honesty if I had not wanted to go to El Medano regularly (windsurfing) then we wouldn't of bothered as there is just about everything you need locally. I had a small (potential) medical issue which Carianne (in David's absence) which was dealt with very quickly and easily..thanks

Great holiday and superb, well situated accommodation
Casa Eliana is exceptionally well fitted out and it was a great experience staying there for a week - we only wish we had spent longer! Situated by the 4th tee of Amarilla Golf Club, it was in walking distance of a small well, supplied supermarket and several bars and restaurants. We had a hire car, although that is not really necessary, but, because the villa had its own pool, sunbeds and plenty of space inside and out, we did not use the car much except to play golf a couple of times and visit Los Cristianos. We try to visit Tenerife most years for the winter warmth and this is one of the best places( if not the best!) we have stayed in. Very highly recommended.

Lovely villa, great locaton, better than the photos and very clean.
The villa consists of an open plan living area with 2 bedrooms of which 1 is ensuite. The master bed is huge and really comfortable. The villa is in a nice residential area with lots of restaurants, supermarkets and golf courses nearby catering well for holiday makers. The view from the outside is over the golf course, to the sea and is really nice. The location is close to the airport so you will get some aircraft noise, but nothing to bother you and it makes up for it by being such a short drive after landing. Very well equipped kitchen if you need it, great TV and seating for 4, all reclining. We found everything to be very clean throughout. The pool was clean too and is professionally maintained twice a week. It's a good size and temperature. The outside area is very well equipped. I would not hesitate to stay here again. David, the manager was really friendly and helpful.
