The house is not next to another house next to it, giving you more privacy. The house is very well equipped. Florecita should write a book on how to be a great host. She was very attentive to our needs and beyond. "

"After months of having a reservation, I had red text stating that my reservations were not long enough and that I should cancel or change the reservation to a different date or extend my stay. Then when calling the location, they failed to answer for a while. We then text each other and by the time I knew they had a place for me I had already booked a place in town. I asked if I could get a partial refund and they declined. I'd avoid this property. "

"Hello, Our stay was not good at all. In fact, we decided to leave a day early. Let me start by saying the house was super dirty. The floors were dirty, I found dirty pans, full of rust as if they hadnt been used in years. There were cob webs on the dining room chairs and the sheets were dirty in the main bedroom. The most frustrating was that there was little electricity. We ran the fans because it was so hot at night and there was not enough potency or watts to run the fan on, it would turn off every 10 min or so in all the rooms, or decrease to a low speed that barely worked. The microwave turned on as it had some power but there was a not enough electricity for it to work or warm anything up. The wifi was out most of the time we were there. The owner was nice enough to offer to help fix it but I was on vacation and I really didnt want to spend any time on the phone with some tech. It wasnt a true wifi connection. It was a hot spot device, not a router, so either way when it did work it was very very low signal. Overall, very frustrating and if I could I would ask for a full refund. Not worth our $$ at all."
