Apartments in Lima Region

"Property is in a great area of Lima that had easy access to the beach, Lorcomar Mall and excellent restaurants in Miraflores. Owner was extremely helpful and gave us good recommendations for places to go, things to see and where to eat. Will book again next time we get to Lima."

"The building is new, but the constant construction noise during business hours, 10- 5 Monday- Friday and Saturdays 10-1 made our stay not the best, when we work from home, it was almost impossible to attend our meetings. Post did not mention any construction or remodeling or noise what so ever. "

The air conditioner didn’t work (looked like it hadn’t worked for a long time), so we needed to keep the windows open to stay cool, unfortunately that meant a good bit of sirens, car alarms, etc.,, every night. In a 3 night stay never had a shower warmer than body temperature and had to reach out to the management company a couple times to get clean towels / toilet paper. The ocean view in the description didn’t exist. Would stay somewhere...

Expedia contacted them and they said it was sent by mistake, then told me later they had been hacked. hmm. "The place is awesome! The doorman was polite and friendly. We arrived at midnight but the check-in process still went smoothly. The only issue we had was the hot shower. The hot water was on and off. The water heater needs to be fixed. Other than that, we are satisfied with everything. "
