"Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Casita del Abuelo. It’s a lovely house and was immaculate when we arrived. Jorge, the host, was very attentive and went above and beyond to welcome us and address our needs. The neighborhood is very pleasant and we were able to walk to a couple different breakfast spots in the morning. We mostly took taxis to and from the Centro but also found the bus to be quite convenient. All in all, we highly recommend La Casita del Abuelo."

"Wonderful expansive home for a comfortable stay in Oaxaca. The location is about a 20 minute walk to the main templo (downtown). The key part of this home is its kitchen. You wake up to the sounds of the neighborhood and make breakfast. You plan your day and walk downtown. After a day of sightseeing, we took a cab back up."
