"The young lady at the front desk seemed miserable and unapproachable. Luis, was great! He worked the breakfast shift on Christmas Eve. The suite I stayed in was very dated. The suite was not cleaned upon my arrival. Arm chair, sofa and coffee table was stained, dirty and old. I had to buy 3 Glade air fresheners to get rid of old smells. I did have a good time here but that front desk worker as I mentioned above was not helpful and needs to be retrained . "

"The best thing was parking. It was super easy. As long as no other car take up the designated parking spot in front of the grass (which no one did). "Gorgeous place in clean quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to market, coffee shops, tons of restaurants. Short walk to tiled stairs and Golden Gate Park. We loved 11th Avenue and will be back."
