"We have a wonderful stay here for my birthday, 6 adults and 4 kids under 4. Was spacious enough for everyone to have their own space and safe enough to let the kids run around the house. Well stocked kitchen with a spice cabinet better than my own! Beautiful views and excellent communication with the owners. We will definitely be back again "

"We had a great time here, the property was roomy and very comfortable. We loved that there was plenty of room for the family to get together and eat at the same table and eat and there were multiple TV’s so everyone could find something they like for entertainment."

"My wife and I took our 2 children and their spouses, our mothers and my grandmother from Arkansas to Durango. I looked for a house with enough beds, bathrooms, seating, and views. This place had that and much more! The views were amazing, the house was so beautiful, and stocked with just about anything that you could need. Our shower even turned into a sauna! We have stayed at many VRBO’s and this place by far was the best I’ve ever seen! My only advice to someone thinking of staying here is be prepared to dive up a very narrow steep road to access the property. 4x4 would be a must in snow season!
