Why “Isla Bella”?
We were sitting on the balcony on a sunny Sunday morning looking for a name for our new property. The sea was quiet, the waves were flat, with four shades of turquoise and blue extending out to the horizon. The beach was golden sand, just a free joggers and walkers, the crowds had not arrived yet. And my wife exclaimed “God, what a beautiful island!”. And we had our name. Beautiful island in Spanish is Isla Bella.

Additional Information:

Guests have full access to:
• Flexible check-in 3 PM or later and check-out before 10 AM.

• Keys will be provided on-site. We will supply the lock box code before guest arrival, on day of check-in.

• Local Guide: A comprehensive house book with recommendations for dining, shopping, sightseeing and grocery shopping is provided in the property.

Taxi from the airport to the property costs approximately $20.

We’re here to ensure you have a wonderful stay!

• Office Team: Available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM.
• Supervisor is on duty daily 9AM to 8PM, for any circumstances that require assistance.
• After 8PM our Night Service deals with any emergencies.
• On weekends our team monitors emails.

SJU visit - Great Stay
Found a great high rise building right on the beach access from the back of the property. Has pool and very clean place. Certainly would recommend the place for a great time not too far from San Juan

We were highly satisfied with our stay. The view was breathtaking, it was walking distance from a local supermarket, a Walgreens and some restaurants. They were kind enough to leave us some refreshments to get us through the night when we arrived. The apartment wasn’t modern which is why I gave a 4 star rating, otherwise it would be a 5 star place. I would definitely bool here again!

We had a good stay here. The location, check in process, facilities were great. Just walk in to the beach. Out apartment faced the ocean so was nice to sit in the balcony. Everything in the apartment was good , just the bed linens and sofa were a bit worn so may need updating.

Unfortunately I was a unable to go due to my son in law death. But the rest of my family went and told me the apartment was very clean and beatiful view. They also liked the neighborhood.

Comfortable & well located apt
Nice apartment in great location near airport, restaurants and short ride to Old San Juan. Apt was well stocked (thank you for the bread, eggs, cheese and milk!) and had a nice view of beach and water. There is some construction going on in the small building between the apt and the beach, so hammering etc from about 7:30 on each morning despite a supposed rule saying 8am (front desk said they had no control over it). The apt is perfect for up to 4 people, it would be tight to have more, with only 1 bathroom and a small living area.

Great view and location!!
Enjoyed our visit to this area. The condo fit our needs very well. Previous comments about dated furniture and linens were accurate. (need to be replaced) A nice bonus was to find a small amount of groceries and beverages in the refrigerator upon check in. The door wall was a bit noisy with the whistling of the wind coming through. The landscaping and grounds around the pool area was well kept and nicely maintained. We would definitely return.

Judith displayed remarkable hospitality, friendliness, and a willingness to address any inquiries. The location was outstanding. Going forward, a two-bedroom setup is my preferred choice for my son and me. There were an abundance of necessary provisions, and the beach view and beach access were flawless.

Fantastic view
This place was fantastic for our family. The bathroom is small and the kitchen could use some updating, but it was comfortable and the view was fantastic. Because this condo is on a top floor there is a great breeze. We were able to open the step out porch doors and leave them open.

The location was great! Right on the beautiful Carolina beach! Easy to walk to restaurants, Walgreens, car rental and easy for Uber drivers to find us and pick up right in front. The apartment is older and could use a bit of updating/repair but we were only there to sleep. The views from each room were AMAZING!!!! Communication with the property manager was awesome! Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels are provided or rent them on the beach for a low price for the whole day.

We loved our stay at Isla Bella. The location was absolutely perfect. Close to the airport, 20 minutes from OSJ, 20 minutes from isolated beaches. We rented a car and it was so convenient to park in our designated spot and explore the area. Stunning views, tons of convenience, zero waits on elevator, easy trash drop, washer and dryer, completely safe and secure. I really can’t say enough positive things about this property. We were a family of 4 with two older teen children. Great for our family.

Beautiful Beach
The views from the condo are amazing from every room. The beach was wonderful including the water temperature (80 degrees in November) and the cleanest sand. The condo isn't huge but had enough room for our family of four. There is a grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants within walking distance and the beach and pool were right outside the building. The gentleman on the beach renting chairs and umbrellas were very helpful.

The view from balcony was amazing. Good air-con. throughout. Well equipped kitchen -though had to request a kettle and the hob was cracked. Plenty of towels etc for bathroom. The welcome pack of drinks, coffee etc was appreciated. Interior could do with painting. Door locks were awkward to operate at times. Excellent accommodation overall!

Great location and amazing view
After longing to visit Puerto Rico for some time, my family and I finally decided to go there for spring break. We chose Isla Verde as our destination and were pleased to find that the property we rented was clean and well-maintained, offering stunning views from the patio. It was truly delightful to enjoy our morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sea views and listening to the soothing sound of the waves. We were grateful to the property owners for their thoughtfulness in stocking some basic groceries. As we arrived early in the morning, we didn't have to worry about rushing to the grocery store right away.

Really found the location to beach and pool ideal. Property was very clean and secure. Very appreciative of the startup groceries. Thank you. Communicstion with property management wasn't very good. Had mentioned that communication needed to occur with WhatsApp, but texts were sent via phone (which was non functional), so they neither got my messages, nor we theirs. Frustrating. Suite needs a cutting board and some cleaning supplies to clean sink, etc if you are staying more than a few days. Like fresh air rather than AC, but the howling of the wind in the rooms at night is unbelievable. House book needs to be updated. Some of the restaurants lusted are permanently closed (eg Il Nonna). Wished there were more restaurants nearby, though Hitties was excellent. Overall, good place to stay.

Perfect Location, Great Interior
First, John & company are really awesome! This was my first vacation rental by owner experience & was quite nervous about it; John & team were professional, very responsive, and always available. I could not have asked for a better experience... The condo itself is in the perfect location for families. Right on the beach. You can sit at the kitchen table and all you see is the ocean - really incredible. It's also walking distance to shops, several grocery stores, plenty of dining, and the Walgreens is literally across the street. John & team provided all you need for the beach including towels, toys, boogie boards, chairs, & an umbrella. There was also some food they left when we arrived, a nice touch. The condo itself appears brand-new inside. The building halls are a bit rough, but the lobby & unit itself are new looking. Very modern, had 2 flat screens, bluray player, sat TV. Both bedrooms were large & clean. Kitchen and all that goes with it appeared new & well cared for. Laundry machines were brand new. Pool area is great; clean & large. Best beach in PR and one of the best Ive been to anywhere. Not crowded at all, perfect water & sand. Security in the building was tight, a good thing. We never felt unsafe anywhere, but still appreciate the security. It does take three locked gates to get to the ocean - but after the first go around its easy to figure out. A few notes: There kitchen does not have an oven. It does have everything else. Bathroom is shower only. We really had no complaints at all. Great unit & great price given its awesome location and that it is basically brand-new. And, John & team are great!
