"We have stayed in Gran Alacant several times but this is the first time I have had to leave a negative review. The property was dirty, there was rubbish under the beds from the previous occupants, what looked like dry blood on the wall, surface dust everywhere. The pool was dirty and it was only cleaned 4 days into our stay, there were 2 cameras that we could see - 1 at the poolside and 1 in the living room, this was an invasion of our privacy and if it was stated in the listing I'd have booked...

She was extremely helpful and assisted us with transfer from airport to the property, advice on places of interest, restaurants, take out and delivery options, supermarket locations and even offered to buy and deliver a birthday cake for my eldest granddaughter's birthday. "For the money the facilities are ideal, we had two bathrooms and two bedrooms plus plenty of space. Not the most luxurious but it didn’t cost the earth. If you want somewhere clean to stay, this is ideal a little bit out of the way but there are free transfers 50m down the road that run regularly."
