"People were friendly and helpful. Lobby and lobby bathrooms were kept spotless and always smelled freshly cleaned. Looks like there are renovations in progress. We had a room on the seventh floor. Room was essentially clean but in need of refurbishing. Only real complaint is that the linens on one of our beds had not been changed before we arrived (not a bed we used)."

"Large room with almost everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Great A/C, nice little balcony, and great water pressure, although I could never get the water beyond warm. I wish there had been an electric burner, but there wasn't. It had a fridge, freezer, microwave and coffee maker. So we were able to make coffee every morning, reheat some leftovers, but no ability to cook. They really should fix the bathroom door in room 41A, as it scrapes the floor when you open or close it. ...

"The staff was very friendly and helpful if we had any questions. The property was as described and was very clean. The location is centered between Old San Juan and San Juan. We enjoyed the walk to Old San Juan. It’s about a 15 minute walk to a nice beach. It can be a little noisy with the people at the bar across the street. But, the master bedroom is quiet. The only issues we had was the shower never had hot water. We also wish we had a microwave. We would definitely stay again. "

"This place was amazing. Not only was the property a taste of what local culture is like in San Juan, but the owners respond very quickly. It is between Condado and the airport so, Ubers were readily available at all times. Restaurants and local markets are near by they have essential cooking appliances for you to use if you choose to make your own food. They left us a bottle of wine and a nice letter. Overall great experience and I plan to come back. "
