Tengo que destacar lo que más me gustó de la casa y es sin dudas la señora Mena y su esposo , nunca me había sentido tan bien , son respetuosos , serviciales , los adoro y espero verlos pronto porque siento que dejé mi familia allí , mis dos tíos , la casa está estupenda y tiene todo lo necesario para compartir con la familia , me llevo en el corazón ese lugar y espero regresar muy pronto ! "When we arrived we were told there was an issue with the toilets and could not check in to the villa. This was after a long flight at 9pm!! Whilst waiting, other guests arrived that told us they had booked the villa and were allowed in!! Clearly these people are con artists. Took over an hour to cancel and rebook a hotel in Havana. Ruined our holiday. Do NOT book at any cost."

"Reception check in and che out was fast and easy, the rooms were cozy and clean, beds comfortable, air conditioned, there is hot water option in the bathrooms, breakfast is abundant and is served with delicious fresh fruits and natural juices. The property owner/managers Keyla and Gabriel are accessible and readily available at all times with helpful local tips and have friendly and honest staff. Internet connection is strong and above average. I will stay here on my next trip to La Habana. "
